I had the wonderful opportunity to craft oversized leather tote bags with the assistance of my Glowforge. Normally, when developing a custom template, I would design it, print it on paper, and then trace the design onto the leather. However, employing this method often led to a loss of precision in the details. Introducing the Glowforge into my studio allowed me to design the template and have it subsequently cut out of acrylic. This approach enabled me to follow the acrylic outline, resulting in cleaner and more precise lines.
The navy bag was gifted to my amazing Aunt, whose support has inspired me to explore the creation of oversized totes. As for the maroon tote, I am currently evaluating its strength and durability as part of an ongoing effort to enhance the quality of these products.
